What our clients tell us

I would like to thank you for the quality of the guided tours you did for us, both in Green Quarter and in Zurenborg.

The participants were really interested in the stories you told and the enormous culture around these beautiful quarters.

A fine discovery for the majority of Bruxellois !

I had a short ‘debriefing’ with the other members of the commity, and I can only tell you that everybody was overjoyed. Not only to be able to meet one another again, but also to be able to discover this part of Antwerp, with experienced and professional guides. Although they were wearing face masks, the guides could well be understood by our members.

This simply asks for repetition: we’re all ready, but let’s wait for better times in these circumstances!

We all thought you were a fantastic guide. Not a single moment of boredom and nicely dosed information.

So, glad to have you as our guide,  Frédéric!

Ludo, thanks again for the interesting tour…everybody was very satisfied.

Kind regards

Thanks for yesterday’s fantastic walk!

I only got positive reactions. Everybody was highly satisfied (but for the cold and rain).

Many thanks and until next time.

We really enjoyed the Plantin walk last Saturday. For Patrick, our guide nothing but praise.
Many thanks for the smooth handling of our reservation which was made only two days in advance.

This afternoon, when we were rounding of our walk in the Jacob Jordaenshouse, I didn’t get the opportunity to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent guidance. That’s why I take this opportunity which is less personal, but we’ll have to get used to that in this barren corona era.

Of course I can only talk about what I experienced in the walk in your company, but quite a few of the other members of the Prince, who went with one of your colleagues, spoke praisingly about the entertaining way in which they passed on the information on Plantin and the many locations we passed.

We made a tour in the old historic center of Antwerp.Ludo took us on a journey through time, which gave us the impression that we were sometimes walking through the city during the Spanish occupation and at another time during the time of Napoleon or the Second World War. This gives buildings an extra dimension that we would never have experienced if we had walked through the city without a guide. Our party consisted of 20 people and everyone was enthusiastic.
